Nigeria Aviation Watchdog Launches Consumer Protection Portal to Enhance Passenger Rights

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has introduced a Consumer Protection Portal aimed at addressing passenger complaints and improving service standards in the aviation sector.Officially unveiled on September 19, 2024, in the presence of Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development,the portal allows passengers to file complaints, access real-time airline performance data, and track punctuality and on-time operations of airlines.
