Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has dismissed three
senior officials at the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) as part of an
anti-corruption drive that has shaken the country. State Minister for Works
Fred Byamukama informed Parliament’s Committee on Physical Infrastructure on Monday July 20, 2026, that he had received the president’s letter that
morning.
