Tanzania’s New Msalato International Airport to Open by September

The
Government of Tanzania expects the newly constructed Msalato International
Airport in the capital city of Dodoma to be completed and begin operations by
September 2026, according to an official progress report issued by the Ministry
of Finance after an official site inspection conducted on Saturday, June 13,
2026, by the Minister Khamis Mussa Omar.
