South Africa: RSA Aero Partners with Growthpoint to Build Cape Winelands Airport
Growthpoint Properties, a South
African property investment fund, has committed to financing the construction
of the Cape Winelands Airport, a project spearheaded by RSA Aero. In a
statement released on Thursday, October 16, 2025, Growthpoint also affirmed its
intent to invest in the real estate development surrounding the future airport
complex.
