Seychelles Appoints Colin Chang-Tave as the First CEO of Newly Established Airports Authority
The Seychelles Airports Authority (SAA) has appointed Mr. Colin Chang-Tave as its Chief Executive Officer, effective April 15, 2025. His appointment follows a decision by the SAA Board, made in consultation with the Minister for Transport and the President of the Republic, under Section 6(1) of the Seychelles Airports Authority Act, 2024. The Act, which came into force on January 1, 2025, formally establishes the SAA as the entity responsible for the management of the country’s airports and air navigation services.
