Ghana Expands Plan for Underused Ho Airport into Private Aviation and Training Hub
The Ghanaian government has expanded its strategy to revive the underused Ho Airport in the Volta Region, aiming to turn the facility into a regional business aviation and maintenance center alongside its planned flight academy. The Minister of Transport presented the new strategy during a visit to Ho on Friday, July 18, 2026.
