New Ouagadougou-Donsin Int’l Airport Takes Shape as Airfield Pavement Works Are Completed
The construction of the airfield pavements (runway and taxiways) at the new Ouagadougou-Donsin International Airport has officially been completed, marking a significant milestone in the development of Burkina Faso’s airport infrastructure. This project, entrusted to the SOGEA SATOM/KHARAFI consortium, was approved by the Burkinabe government during the Council of Ministers meeting on October 23, 2020, with an initial 30-month timeline for completion.
