Lagos MM2 Terminal: Abuja and Bi-Courtney Bury the Legal Hatchet

Nigeria’s Federal Executive Council has approved a settlement ending a 20-year dispute between the federal government and Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited over the management of Murtala Muhammed Airport’s domestic Terminal 2 (MM2) in Lagos. Aviation and Aerospace Development Minister Festus Keyamo announced the agreement after the Council meeting presided over by President Bola Tinubu on April 30, 2026.
