Kenya Outlines Phased $2 Billion Upgrade Plan For JKIA
Kenya has unveiled details of a phased expansion plan for Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), including a new passenger terminal and second runway, as the government moves ahead with a $2 billion modernization programme following the collapse of a deal with India’s Adani Group last year.
