Côte d’Ivoire Steps Up Aviation Security with Mandatory Passenger Data Sharing
Côte d’Ivoire continues to modernize its regulatory framework for civil aviation security. Meeting on July 30 in Abidjan, the Council of Ministers adopted a decree establishing systems for the collection and transmission of Advance Passenger Information (API) and Passenger Name Record (PNR) data. This measure gives concrete effect to the Civil Aviation Code promulgated in 2022.
