Africa Moves to Boost Airspace Capacity Safely With AFI 30/10 Project
African states have agreed to implement the “AFI 30/10” project, an initiative aimed at reducing and harmonising minimum separation distances between aircraft across the Africa–Indian Ocean (AFI) airspace, in a bid to increase capacity while maintaining safety.
