ACSA vs ACS: Battle for Baggage Screening Control in South Africa Continues
The battle between the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) and Aviation Co-ordination Services (ACS) for control over baggage screening services at South African airports is far from over. ACSA has filed an application with the Gauteng High Court, seeking permission to appeal a judgment issued in November 2024, which granted ACS the right to continue its operations despite a previous termination order.
