Uganda Civil Aviation Authority Signs Training Partnership Agreement with ICAO
On May 27, 2025, the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) took a significant step toward strengthening its workforce capacity by signing a Management Service Agreement (MSA) with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). The agreement was signed by UCAA Director General, Mr. Fred K. Bamwesigye, and ICAO Secretary General, Mr. Juan Carlos Salazar, on the sidelines of the AFI Aviation Symposium in Zimbabwe.
