Egypt Launches National Feasibility Study for Sustainable Aviation Fuel Production
Egypt’s Ministry of Civil Aviation has launched on Monday July 15, 2026, the preparation framework for the country's first national feasibility study focused on the production and use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). The initiative, aligned with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards, aims to establish a regulatory and economic framework to develop a local low-carbon fuel industry.
