The AU and AFCAC lay the foundations for the SAATM Dispute Resolution Council
From June 25–27,
2025, Dakar, Senegal, hosted the first-ever meeting of the Single African Air
Transport Market (SAATM) Dispute Settlement Mechanism (DSM) Administrative
Council. The event marks a key milestone in the establishment of a continental legal mechanism aimed at resolving disputes related to the liberalization of African airspace.
