South Sudan Partners with NCAT to Boost Aviation Manpower Development
The South Sudan Civil Aviation Authority (SSCAA) has signed a Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) with the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT)
in Zaria, Kaduna State, to enhance manpower development in South Sudan’s
aviation sector. The agreement, initiated under the directive of South Sudan’s
President Salva Kiir Mayardit, aims to build human capacity through
collaboration with NCAT, a leading aviation training institution in Africa. The
MoU was formalized on
June 24, 2025, following a visit
by a South Sudanese delegation, led by SSCAA Director General Hon. John Woja
Eliana, to NCAT, where they toured the college’s facilities and expressed
satisfaction with its advanced training programs and infrastructure.
