South Africa: Aviation Coordination Services Challenges Contract Termination by ACSA
In a press release issued on
Friday, July 25, 2025, Aviation Coordination Services (ACS) stated that
Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has no legal right to terminate its
contract for providing hold baggage screening (HBS) services at South African
airports. The day before, the airport operator had announced the termination of
ACS’s contract due to a security breach.
