The Problem of Regional Integration: Between Institutional Ambitions and National Realities
Sub-regional organizations play a crucial role in the integration and development of African air law and international air transport law, particularly in Central Africa. However, they face significant challenges, including poor governance, climate change, uneven adoption of technological advances, and disparities in implementation. While progress is visible, the difficulty lies in translating these advances into effective programs and in developing strong institutions and systems capable of working in synergy to address multiple challenges.
