Oumar Saïd Koulibaly Appointed General Manager of Guinea’s SOGEAG
Guinea’s President, General Mamadi Doumbouya,
has appointed Oumar Saïd Koulibaly as the new Director General of the Société
de Gestion et d’Exploitation des Aéroports de Guinée (SOGEAG). The announcement
was made on August 15, 2025, through a presidential decree broadcast on
national television. Sékou Ahmed Tidiane Yansané, an accounting specialist, was
also named Deputy Director General.
