Nigeria Launches Revised Insurance Regulation for Leased Aircraft
On Monday, May 12,
2025, the National Insurance Commission (NICOM), in partnership with the
Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, officially launched the
Revised Regulation on Insurance of Leased and Financed Aircraft a landmark policy designed to overhaul
Nigeria’s aviation and insurance sectors.
