Malawi Appoints Alfred Mtilatila to Head Civil Aviation Authority, Third Chief in a Year
Malawi’s Civil Aviation Authority has appointed on Monday July 6,
2026, Alfred Capchin Mtilatila a
licensed aircraft maintenance engineer with more than 30 years of experience as
its new Director General, the Ministry of Transport and Public Works said.
Mtilatila became the third to occupy this position since the start of
the year.
