Madagascar Indicts 22 People Over Five Boeing 777s Transferred to Iran
The Anti-Corruption Court (PAC)
of Antananarivo has indicted 22 individuals and entities in connection with the
scandal involving five Boeing 777 aircraft transferred to Iran—a country under
international sanctions—using provisional Malagasy registrations. The
announcement was made by the PAC’s Chief Prosecutor General, Elysée Rasoahanta,
during a press conference held on Friday, August 22, 2025.
