The Liberia Airport Authority (LAA) has opened an international competitive bidding process inviting eligible firms, consortia, or joint ventures to participate in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) investment project covering five domestic airports, including Monrovia’s James Spriggs Payne Airport. The tender, issued on August 13, 2025, will be conducted under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) arrangement in accordance with the country’s Public Procurement and Concessions Act of 2010 (as amended).
