ICAO Launches Financing Portal to Boost Sustainable Aviation Fuel Development
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), in partnership with the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), has launched Finvest@ETAF, a new portal designed to facilitate access to financial resources for the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and other low-carbon aviation projects. The announcement was made on Monday, September 22, 2025, during ICAO’s Innovation Fair at its headquarters in Montréal, Canada.
