Uganda has achieved significant progress in expanding its international air transport footprint after concluding a series of successful bilateral air services negotiations at the 17th ICAO Air Services Negotiation (ICAN2025) that took place from November 10–14 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The annual forum brings together states and aviation stakeholders to review, negotiate, and establish air service frameworks that shape global connectivity.
