Guinea’s Airport Management SOGEAC Rebranded as SOGEAG-SA with Expanded Mandate
On July 9, 2025, Guinea’s President, General
Mamadi Doumbouya, signed a landmark decree that significantly restructured the
country’s airport management system. Through this decree, the Conakry Airport
Management and Operations Company (SOGEAC) was transformed into the Guinea
Airports Management and Operations Company (SOGEAG-SA), with an expanded
mandate to oversee all airports and aerodromes across the country.
