Ethiopia and Pakistan To Deepen Aviation Ties with Expanded Strategic Cooperation
Ethiopia and Pakistan have taken a significant step toward deepening their aviation partnership, with a focus on enhancing air connectivity, medical tourism, and technology cooperation. On March 31, 2025, Getachew Mengiste, Director General of the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA), and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, Mr. Atif Shanif, met in Addis Ababa to discuss elevating bilateral ties in the aviation sector.
