Chad: Brahim Guihini Dadi Returns to Lead the Civil Aviation Authority Two Years After His Dismissal
On January 17, 2025, by Decree No. 0010/PR/PM/MTACMN/2025, Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno appointed Brahim Guihini Dadi as the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Chad (ADAC), replacing Senoussi Hassana Abdoulaye. This marks Dadi's third tenure in the role, having previously served between January 2014 and October 2015, and from June 16, 2022, to January 31, 2023.
