Angola’s Strategic Vision for Transforming Civil Aviation by 2028
During the 2nd Ministerial Conference on Tourism and Air Transport in
Africa, jointly organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization
(ICAO) and the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), held in Luanda, Angola, from
July 22 to 24, 2025, the Angolan Minister of Transport, Ricardo Viegas d'Abreu,
presented the four strategic axes for the development of national civil
aviation.
