Angola : Two New Bodies Created to Oversee Agostinho Neto International Airport
The Angolan government is advancing the structuring of its new airport hub with the creation of two public entities tasked with managing and developing Luanda’s Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport (AIAAN). On May 6, 2025, Minister of Transport Ricardo Viegas D’Abreu appointed the boards of directors for Airport Temporary Operator & Operational Consulting SA (ATO & OC) and Icolo e Bengo – Urbe SA (ICB-URBE), the two entities assigned to this strategic mission.
