State Announces Creation of Air Algérie’s Domestic Subsidiary
Algeria is set to launch a new airline focused exclusively on domestic routes, following a decision announced by the Presidency of the Republic. The initiative was approved during a high-level meeting chaired by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, aimed at evaluating the state of air transport in the country, with a particular focus on the operations of Air Algérie and Tassili Airlines.
