Nigeria Moves to Avert Airline Shutdown with Debt Relief, Tax Review
Nigerian President Bola Tinubu has agreed
in principle to a generous discount on part of the debts owed by domestic
airlines to key aviation agencies and reduces taxes, following emergency talks after carriers
threatened to halt operations over soaring jet fuel prices, Aviation Minister
