Nigeria : Ebonyi State Eyes Own Airline, Commits to 4 Aircraft
The Ebonyi State government, located in Southeastern Nigeria, is actively working on launching its own airline. On Sunday, July 7, 2024, the Commissioner for Aviation and Transport Technology, Mrs. Ngozi Obichukwu, announced that the state government has commited to four aircraft. The intention is to enter the airline business once the Chuba Okadigbo International Airport becomes fully operational.
