Morocco and Rwanda Sign Bilateral Air Services Agreement to Boost Connectivity
Morocco and Rwanda have signed a Bilateral Air Services Agreement (BASA) aimed at strengthening air connectivity and deepening economic cooperation between the two countries. The deal was formalized on September 25, 2025, during the 42nd session of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) General Assembly in Montreal, Canada.
