Madagascar Airlines is discussing staff cuts
Since November 2023, Madagascar Airlines has been
implementing a restructuring plan named "Phoenix 2030." As part of
this initiative, the national Malagasy airline has suspended its international
flights and now plans to reduce its workforce. The current ratio stands at 400
employees per active aircraft.
