LAM Mozambique Swings to Profit in 2025 After Major Debt Write-off
Mozambique's state-owned flag carrier, Linhas Aéreas
de Moçambique (LAM), returned to profitability in 2025 with a net profit of
72.6 million euros, reversing heavy losses from the previous year thanks to a
government-backed debt restructuring exceeding 81 million euros, according to
financial statements obtained by Portuguese news agency Lusa on July 13, 2026.
