Air Madagascar has sold its two Airbus A340-300 aircraft, aged 25 and 27 years respectively, to a Chinese operator. The former Malagasy airline, now in judicial liquidation, has finally offloaded these aircraft, which had been grounded for several years and whose maintenance had become an unsustainable financial burden.
