(DAS25) EGYPTAIR Inks Sale-and-Leaseback deals for five A350-900s, Secures Major Airbus certification
EGYPTAIR used the Dubai Airshow 2025 to advance the implementation of its long-haul fleet renewal strategy. Only a few months after expanding its A350-900 order to 16 aircraft at the Paris Air Show 2025, the Egyptian flag carrier has formalized two sale-and-leaseback transactions to finance part of the order, while simultaneously strengthening its industrial capabilities through a new Airbus certification obtained by its maintenance subsidiary.
