Greeted with much fanfare and a red-carpet welcome in December 2021, the Airbus A220-300's time at Air Senegal was regrettably short-lived. Less than a year after its induction, the aircraft was grounded due to challenges with its Pratt & Whitney PW1500G engines. After two years of indecision its fate is now sealed.
