Air Mauritius Reinstates Chennai Service as Its Third Indian Destination, Four Years Later
Starting April 12, 2024, Air Mauritius will
resume flights to Chennai, offering a weekly direct flight every Friday
utilizing an Airbus A330-200 aircraft equipped with 254 seats. The National carrier
of the Island Nation, is on an expansion mode in India to further cement the
existing trade, tourism and cultural ties between the two countries and achieve
the pre-COVID target of 80,000 tourists’ arrival from India this year and
stretching to achieve the target of 100,000 next year.
