Ghana: HDG Homes Inaugurates Kumasi Airport City Valued at $150 Million
Kumasi, the cultural and commercial heartbeat of Ghana’s Ashanti Region,
is poised for a major transformation with the launch of the Airport City Kumasi
project. Unveiled on June 26, 2025, this ambitious 50-acre mixed-use
development is strategically located next to Prempeh I International
Airport—Ghana’s second-busiest airport, which handles over 453,000 passengers
annually. The project aims to reimagine Kumasi as a modern, sustainable, and
dynamic urban hub in West Africa.
