Uganda: Fred Byamukama Promoted to Minister of Works and Transport
Uganda’s President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has appointed
Byamukama Fred as the new Minister of Works and Transport in the 2026–2031
Cabinet. He takes over from Gen. Edward Katumba Wamala, who has been reassigned
to the Ministry of Public Service.
