Ghana Launches Online Portal For Air Passenger Complaints

The Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has launched a new digital Passenger Complaints Portal (PCP) to provide air travelers with an accessible mechanism for reporting grievances and seeking redress, Transport Minister Joseph Bukari Nikpe said on Monday.
