TAAG Angola Airlines to Resume Luanda-Lusaka Flights by End-October

TAAG Angola Airlines plans to resume direct flights between Luanda and Lusaka by the end of October 2026, the Zambia Civil Aviation Authority (ZCAA) said on May 22, 2026. This move is expected to strengthen trade, tourism, and regional connectivity in southern Africa. The resumption follows a courtesy call by TAAG officials on ZCAA Director General Captain Derrick Luembe at the authority’s headquarters in Lusaka. Captain Luembe reaffirmed Zambia’s commitment to supporting intra-African air links.
