Royal Air Maroc To Take Full Control Of Atlas Servair After Buying Out Gate Group Stake
Morocco's national airline, Royal Air Maroc (RAM), plans to take full ownership of its in-flight catering subsidiary Atlas Servair SA by acquiring the remaining 40% stake it does not already own, the country's Competition Council said on March 12.
