Nigeria’s Ebonyi State has confirmed the acquisition of three aircraft as part of preparations for the launch of its proposed state-owned airline, Ebonyi Air. The announcement was made on January 1, 2026, by State Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru during his New Year address.
