Nigeria: Heliconia–EAN Secures Air Operator Certificate

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has granted an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to Heliconia–EAN Aero Nigeria Limited. The certificate was officially presented during a ceremony held this Monday, December 1, 2025, at the NCAA headquarters in Abuja.
