Nigeria : Aviation Authority Urges Airlines to Blacklist Unruly Passengers
Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA),
Nigeria's primary aviation regulator, has directed domestic airlines to
blacklist passengers exhibiting unruly behavior. This measure aims to deter
future disruptions, protect airline staff from abuse, and enhance overall
flight safety. The directive was announced on September 10, 2025, during a
stakeholders' meeting in Abuja with major carriers.
