Niamey Revives National Airline Ambitions with “Niger Air International”
Niamey is taking a decisive step to put Niger back on the aviation map. More than twenty years after the disappearance of its last flag carrier, the government has announced the creation of Niger Air International, a new national airline designed to restore the country’s presence in the skies. The decision was adopted during the Council of Ministers on September 4.
