Madagascar Airlines has confirmed that its Chief Executive Officer, Thierry de Bailleul, will remain at the helm beyond the initial end of his mandate on July 31, 2025. The decision, announced on August 27, follows consultations with the Malagasy government and the airline’s Board of Directors. It ensures continuity in leadership as the carrier advances its ambitious *Phenix 2030* recovery program, a World Bank–backed initiative designed to transform the airline into a sustainable national asset.
